City Council is requested to approve the contract award for the Oakwood Cemetery and Parking Lot Improvements project to Blythe Construction, Inc. dba Hanes Construction for the contract bid amount of $1,274,319.55 and authorize the appropriate City Official(s) to execute all necessary documents. (Recommended by Finance Committee.)
