A request by Carolina Investment Properties, Inc. and the City of High Point Planning & Development Department to change the Land Use Map Classification for approximately 438 acres from Future Growth Area and Low Density Residential to Restricted Industrial and Medium Density Residential. The property is generally bounded by Moore Farm Road to the north, I-74 to the south, NC Highway 66 to the west and Skeet Club Road & Tanglebrook Road to the east. At the March 17th City Council Meeting, the petitioner requested this item be deferred to the April 7th meeting at 5:30 p.m.
