Resolution Supporting the Guilford County Continuum of Care
Council is requested to adopt a Resolution Supporting the Guilford County Continuum of Care continuing to serve as the single county-wide network that develops long-term strategic planning and manages the year-round planning effort that addresses the identified needs of homeless individuals and households; the availability and accessibility of existing housing and services; and the opportunities for linkages with mainstream housing and services resources.
