After that time, it ws discovered that the ordinance contained an inaccuracy in the staff report which listed the value at $1,700 instead of the actual value of $7,100. On May 16, 2016, the case was brought back before Council for clarification. At that time, the property owner appeared before Council to request additional time and informed Council they had a potential buyer for the property who was interested in making the necessary repairs.
